Photocopy of Class X DMC.
Photocopy of Class XII DMC, In case of the DMC is not received printout of online declared result must be needed, In case the result is not declared, Roll No. Slip / Character Certificate may be provided but admission will be provisional).
Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
04 latest coloured passport-size photographs.
Students belongs to Scheduled Caste / Tribe / Backward Class must attach certificate from the competent authority.
Original Migration Certificate issued by the Board to student who has passed Class XII examination from Board other than Punjab School Education Board.

For Postgraduate Courses

Photocopy of DMC/Certificates or Class X onwards up to last Semester.
Original Migration Certificate issued by the University to student who has passed lower examination from University other than Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
04 latest coloured passport-size photographs.
